If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. To ensure a smooth process and hassle-free refund of your returned goods, please observe our conditions in advance.
We cannot accept your return under the following circumstances:
The item does not reach us in its original packaging or has been used, washed, or damaged. The item reaches us without a tracking number provided to us in advance. How does the return process work?
Download the following form as a PDF file and then print it out. Fill in the blank fields with your information and indicate the reason for your return. Address the items, including the form, to our logistics address. Drop off the package at your local post office and select shipping with a tracking number. Provide our support team with the tracking number so we can verify your return. We will refund your purchase amount within one week via the payment method used for the order once we have received your return.

Note: If the return is not worth it due to the shipping costs for your order, we are happy to accommodate you. You will receive a personalized offer from our support team.
ATTENTION: Please do not forget to include the order number in the return shipment. Without it, we cannot match the shipment and therefore cannot issue a refund. (The order number consists of "#" + digits, e.g., "#1234")
