Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs. To ensure a smooth process and a hassle-free refund for your returned items, please make sure to comply with our prerequisites.

We cannot accept your return in the following cases:

  • The item does not arrive in its original packaging or has been used, washed, or damaged.

  • The item arrives without a previously provided tracking number.


How does the return process work?

  1. Download the following form in PDF format and then print it.

  2. Fill in the empty fields with your information and explain the reason for the return.

  3. Send the items, along with the form, to our logistics address.

  4. Drop off the package at your local post office and choose a tracked shipping method.

  5. Provide our support team with the tracking number so we can verify your return.

  6. We will refund the amount of your purchase within one week via the payment method used for the order, once we receive your return.

Access the return form (please print it, fill it out, and include it with your return).

Note: If the return is not cost-effective due to shipping costs for your order, we will be happy to assist you. You will receive a personalized offer from our support team.

ATTENTION: Please do not forget to include the order number in the return shipment. Without this, we will not be able to identify the shipment and, therefore, will not be able to proceed with the refund. (The order number consists of "#" + numbers, for example, "#1234").
