Our products are manually checked before they are shipped. 99% of our products leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after completing the purchase. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 7-15 business days and shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, this is possible as long as the product has not yet been shipped. Once you receive the shipping confirmation, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.

We offer a wide range of products, and they may be stored in different warehouses. Therefore, items may be shipped separately. There is no additional charge for this.

Yes, you can return underwear or swimwear just like other items, provided they are unworn and in their original condition.

If you receive a defective product, we will be happy to replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
